Who We Are
National Council for Skills Development and Research (NCSDR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives through skill development, vocational training, and educational support. We work to empower underprivileged youth, women, and communities by providing access to practical learning, career guidance, and social welfare programs.
NCSDR was established with the belief that skill-based education can transform society. Through our various initiatives—digital literacy, job-oriented courses, health awareness drives, career counselling, and community development—we aim to create a skilled, self-reliant, and confident generation.

What We Do
At NCSDR, we design and deliver impactful programs that focus on improving skills, education, and well-being. Our key activities include:
- Vocational & Skill Development Training Courses in computer education, tailoring, beauty & wellness, technical skills, etc.
- Educational Support Programs Free classes, study materials, and guidance for students from underserved backgrounds.
- Digital Literacy Initiatives Training individuals to use computers, the internet, and digital tools for growth.
- Women Empowerment Programs Training and awareness sessions aimed at developing confidence, self-employment, and financial independence.
- Health & Social Awareness Drives Camps and workshops on hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and community safety.
